7. RETURN SHIPPING FEES, RESTOCKING CHARGES, AND TARIFF LIABILITY
7.1 Approved returns for verified non-conformity are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the extensive administrative costs of multi-stage luxury re-authentication, security video analysis, and inventory processing.

1. INTRODUCTION TO THE MARKETPLACE
1.1 The ELS Fashion TV Marketplace allows customers to open virtual shops to display and sell their products. The Marketplace is managed globally by Perseo Communication Ltd and operationally by Eden STAR Communication LLC ("ELS Fashion TV").
1.2 All products listed by the sales affiliate partner are subject to authenticity verification by ELS Fashion TV staff (led by Perseo Communication Ltd) before being presented for sale on the Marketplace.
2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION

4.2 A commission fee of 13% will be deducted from each sale, covering ELS Fashion TV's management and operational expenses.
5. PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT
5.1 Payments from sales will be processed by ELS Fashion TV and settled with the sales affiliate partner after deducting applicable fees, including the commission and advertising costs.
5.2 Settlement Procedure: Transactions are processed exclusively via Stripe, direct Bank Wire Transfer, or US integrated channels. Sales affiliate partners will receive their 87% share of the sale amount once the payment has been fully cleared by the financial institution and the necessary security review periods have expired.
5.3 For bank wire transfer payments, ELS Fashion TV will receive the full payment from the buyers and then transfer 87% of the sale amount back to the sales affiliate partner according to the agreed settlement schedule.
6. TAX COMPLIANCE
6.1 Sales affiliate partners and ELS Fashion TV are committed to clearing all applicable taxes related to sales in their respective countries.
6.2 ELS Fashion TV is not responsible if sales affiliate partners fail to comply with their tax obligations, and the company is waived from any liability in such cases.
7. COMPLIANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 Sales affiliate partners must ensure their products comply with all applicable laws, including regulations on counterfeit items and intellectual property.
